Side walls: 6mm thick steel plate with butt welded joints and dishes of 8mm, side wall reinforcements of 12 nos , welded vertically at equidistance, and a steel grade: 5275JR or ASTM A36 or equivalent, All GMAW (MIG welding)  using ACM gas for better bead appearance and penetration/ strength .
