Circular shaped shell made of 6mm thick hr steel plate to ASTM a-36 or equivalent, fully welded staggered joints with 2nos of shallow drawn dish heads 8 mm, mounted on heavy duty skid frame. Welding all GMAW(mig welding ) using ACM gas for better bead appearance & penetration/strength. The coating lined with derakane 411-45 laminate system. Three matting, one tissue, gel/wax coating lining material: ‘E’ glass chopped strand mat emulsion bonded 600gsm (2 layers) & 450gsm (one layer ) with derakane 411-45 resin. Shape: Cylindrical Horizontal Medium: Acid/Chemical storage up to 34% HCL Capacity 6000 – 7500 USG Single compartment with baffle plates inside Pipe Lines & Fittings 4” Inlet with ptfe lined BF valve & hammer union 4”Fig 206 thread 4” Discharge manifold with 4” PTFE lined BF valve with end discharge connections each 4” fig 206 female with PTFE lined 4” BF valves.
