Diesel Driven 5x6 Transfer Pump Technical Specs
250 Series 5 x 6 x 14 centrifugal Pump W/11” Impleller and Mechanical Seal, Skid includes forklift provision, and 4 point lifting provisions.
Main Skid:
- The skid consist of main parts: engine, PTO and centrifugal pump
- One 100 gallon day tank (fuel tank) with drain, suction, discharge and clean out provision.
- Air tank to 60ltr for main air supply to starter and panel, includes pressure relief valve, drain, supply/return provisions, oiler and water separator.
Engine Package:
- Rebuilt Detroit 4-71 engine 150HP @ 2100RPM, engine to come with load test certification.
- Install safety shut down system for low oil pressure & high temperature and AMOT safety protection for over speed shut down.
- One air starter complete with oiler/water separator, pneumatic relay and start button.
- Heavy duty Donaldson air cleaner assembly
- 50 degree heavy duty desert radiators c/w Anti-static Blower fan and adjustable lateral anti vibration supports.
- Two each new exhaust and muffler system complete with spark arrestors.
- Exhaust mufflers and piping to be shielded with heat blankets.
One Rebuilt twin disc clutch power take-off to couple centrifugal pump with engine .
Control panel
- Control panel made from steel with labeling for each controls
- Rexroth engine throttle controls, pneumatic controls for start/stop and emergency stop.
- Control panel includes oil pressure, tempreture and air gauges, RPM gauges etc. Panel will be locally mounted on unit.
