ACID STORAGE TANK

Circular shaped shell made of 8mm thick HR steel plate to ASTM a-36 or equivalent with internal lining thickness 3.61 avg, fully welded staggered joints with 2nos of shallow drawn dish heads 10mm, mounted on heavy-duty skid frame welding all GMAW(MIG welding ) using ACM gas for better bead appearance & penetration/strength. The coating is lined with derakane 411-45 laminate system. Three matting, one tissue, gel/wax coating lining material: ‘E’ glass chopped strand mat emulsion bonded 600gsm (2 layers) & 450gsm (one layer ) with derakane 411-45 resin.
